• Welded metal grating and stair treads including fasteners for traffic / walking flooring in boiler installations outdoor use.
• Base material: carbon steel minimal strength of 235 N/mm² (S235JR / ASTM A36).

Welded metal grating description

• Bearing bar size 30 × 3 mm optional 25 × 5 mm.
• Bearing bar pitch 30 mm.
• Cross bar pitch 100 mm optional 50 mm.
• Banding bar 30 × 3 mm.
• Surface condition plain optional serrated.
• Finish selection hot dip galvanized.
• Quantity 600 m².
• Fasteners clip sets 800 pcs (4 pcs / m² clip and bolts).
• Kick plate 120 × 6 mm (100 mm above surface).

Stair tread description

• Same construction as the grating.
• Tread length 1000 mm optional 600 and 800.
• Tread width 270 ±5 mm optional 240 ±5 mm 305 ±5 mm.
• Nosing checkered plate optional.
• Carrier plate standard supplier bolting pitch min. 150 mm.
• Quantity 300 pcs.
• Fasteners M12 320 pcs (4 pcs / tread).

Steel bar grating for platform

• Steel Bar grating, type 15-W-4/ASTM A36, hot-dipped galvanized, bearing bar 30 × 3 mm at 25 mm C/C, cross bar 6 mm square twisted at 100 mm C/C, banded bar: 30 × 3 mm. Panel size 1000 mm (35-3/4in) W × 1800 mm(72in) L, for platform.
