Storm Water Gratings and Frames for Gullies and Trenches

Storm water gratings and frames for gullies, trenches and open channels for a bridge project as the following:

Storm water gully grating with frames 30 Sets

• It consists of frames made from L angle 90 × 90 × 9 mm. 6 nos of anchors (Dia. 16mm rod) and 4 hinges.
• Steel gratings are made from FB 80 × 20mm. Two sets of grating covers to be provided in order to open to both sides.
• Frame and covers to be bolting type. All material to be hot dipped galvanized.

• It consists of Frames made from L angle 90 × 90 × 9mm. & FB 80 × 20mm. 6nos of anchors (Dia. 16mm rod).
• Gratings are made from FB 80 × 20mm.
• All material to be hot dipped galvanized.

Steel bar grating for open channels ASTM A36

• Material: ASTM A36.
• Mesh pitch: 33 × 33 mm.
• Load bearing bar size: 50 × 5 mm.
• Transverse bar size: dia. 5 mm × width of panel.
• Binding bar size: 50 × 5 mm × width of panel.
• Protection: all surfaces to be made free from rust and scale by chemical cleaning.
• Grating size: 830 × 1000 × 50 mm, 440 × 1000 × 50 mm, 1250 × 1000 × 50 mm.

Note:

• Remove all sharp edges, sharp corners.
• Material specs. ASTM A36.
• Galvanized as per ASTM A123 or BSEN.
