Fabricated Rectangular MS Grating Panels for Airport Platforms

Here is a steel grating platforms project for an airport. For these platforms require hot dip galvanized steel gratings. Total quantity is 6000 square meters.

The required bar grating is the 30 × 3mm thick load bearing bars with a pitch of 30mm and traverse bars at either 50 or 100mm. Also need to make sure that add welding an extra bar / rod that would prevent a ball of 12 mm falling thru, between the load bearing bars (ball proof 12mm).

Please note that the steel gratings need fabrication, some cut to size, and welding of additional bars at the edges of the cut pieces.

Fabricated rectangular grating panels:

Load bar size: 65 × 10 mm.
Load bar pitch: 35 mm.
Cross bar pitch: 100 mm.
Load bar type: serrated.
Cross bar type: 8 mm twisted square.
Material: mild steel to BS EN 10025 Grade S275 JR.
Finish: Hot Dip Galvanized.

Heavy duty trench grating for airport application. This should be between 500 mm and 1000 mm wide, the trench is 3km long. Quantity: 895 panels.
